can you really put a fav show? it all depends on what you like... the led zep show is good for chillin back and if you like rockin out to some cool guitar riffs and spaced out key tunes... the doors is awsume to sing along with and dance around and be all stoned opps i mean out there Cheesy
guns 'n roses.... well everyone knows most of the words there unless the old farts are about and dun know anything past the 40's.... deep purple has abit o both with the funky riffs and easy to sing along to.. and the ac/dc well that speaks for itself everyone knows em
all in all pretty good show

Hi Stevo-thanks for the kind words....We love playing at South's sports-Acacia Ridge.
The people in the area have always come out and supported us.
looking out into the audience, seeing all the people who have come to the show, most many times before. It is truly a great feeling....We can't thank you guys enough!!

Glad you liked the Zep and Purple shows. We pride ourselves on recreating, the look sound and feel
of all the bands we tribute....We want the audience to get a feel of what it would have been like to see
the real bands back in the day...

We look forward to seeing you guys again in 09.

Rock on
Thanks

Hi guys, I really like the zep and DP shows the best.....i think the singer sounds good for Gillan but not all of robert plant.

the doors show is good too butt what happenned to the GNR singer? he can't hit the high notes? maybe you should swap him with the zep singer?

anyway well done for a good entertaining night (redbank).....

Hi John, thanks for your comments. Yes...the redbank gig was a good one...had some fun playing it.
It was just a shame we couldn't use our full production. In responce to the singer for purple /zep
Yep...he is a great singer, can hit super high notes. The GnR singer... I can hit the high notes...
However I checked Myself out of hospital the night before to do the Jumbo's gig. I did the best I could with the limited voice I had on the night. We don't cancel a gig for nothing. Not even when I'm really sick.

Best Regards

sorry to hear that Pete.....I'll have to see you guys again........I watched the you tube videos and I was wondering - were you sick on those nights also? coz you missed quite a few of axl's squeaky high notes. You seemed to pull away from the microphone as you tried to hit the high notes giving us the impression that you were uncomfortable?

axl is a major part of GNR and if you're sick get the other singer to do it (if he can)...I watched Brad sing the Zep songs on youtube and realised he was having more trouble also....some songs sound great and some are shocking. Butt I guess Plant was hot and cold on half of the live cds I have. But you understand my point?

Great show anyway, I can't believe you don't have more gigs?

Hi John;
Your right, on the you tube Vid...which was shot two years ago. I... just like most of the band had the Flu then.
We shot that footage at Kallangur Tavern Mid winter. Brad and I were both sick. So the vid really don't do either of us any justice. I know all that sounds like a cope out. But it's true!!! Like I said in my last post-
"We don't cancel gigs". If someone is sick we still play the show.
Because we have very specific rolls within the show, it would be very hard to swap singers around to fill if someone was sick. So sick or not, we have to get on stage and do our thing, even we can't hit all the notes, will still do the best we can.
As for Axl, he is a major part of Guns..no two ways about it. But the Axl of today even has trouble replicating his own voice from the 1980's glory days.

We are working on lots more gigs, so stay tuned!

Thanks
Pete

Hi Cathii....thanks for you great comment. Glad you liked the show.
where & when did you see us play? Was it at Caboolture sports?

We love performing the show...And we try very hard to give an
authentic replication of each band we tribute, we want you guys (the audience)  to get an experience what it may have been like to see the real bands perform live back in the days when they were around.

Again thanks for your great comments, and we hope to see you at our next show.

Hey Pete, Ignore post on your limited vocal Axl - saw GnR in the 80's and when seeing them live you realise why record producers have a job!! Axl can't sing live for shit!!!! Guess you have to see that for yourself to realise how good you guys really are, hey! Wink

My personal favourite at Bombay last night was however DP, and hats off to Brad who can do what Ian Gillan haven't been able to do for decades - sing "Child in Time"!!

Thumbs up -  Townsville Tina

Hi Tina....Thanks! Glad you liked the show. Deep Purple is one of my Fav sets to Play.
I like all of I.P's drum work, and Brads reproduction of Ian Gillians vocals are "Superb"

As for people putting down my Vocal ability.....Well; I don't live or die by what people say about me.
If they like the show, Great! If they don't thats OK too! I don't loose any sleep over it Grin
We do what we do!
I...along with the rest of the band give it our all on-stage....We want to give you guys a great Rock n Roll experience! Not to many bands do that any more.....By the way You guys rocked out hard, I saw you all dancing around & headbanging....Looks like you were having a blast!
You guys and townsville Rocks!

Again thanks for you kind comments.

Rock on
